Please note that we use the PayPal secure payment system to accept payment at our store. When you are ready to checkout, simply click on the ‘Checkout’ button in the shopping cart and you will be asked to enter your shipping address details.
You will then be taken to the PayPal payment system where you can either pay by credit card or through a PayPal account. This is the same payment system used by everyone buying and selling items on eBay and numerous other international web sites.
Invoicing is handled by our Australia-based sister company, Serenetea. You will receive an invoice via email from Serenetea and then the packing and shipping will be arranged. You can track your order status by visiting the store, logging into your account and clicking on your order number. If you have any concerns or questions, please send them to us in an email.
